Grey Oaks is a luxury gated neighborhood with three 18 hole golf courses. It is also very close to downtown Naples.

While clearing ground for Grey Oaks Country Club, an ancient Southern Pine was discovered in the middle of the 8th fairway, where it remains today to oversee this classic golf club and residential community.

There are also two driving ranges, tennis courts, an aquatic facility and a 62,000 square foot clubhouse that showcases the 18th fairways from two of the courses and the surrounding lakes, fountains, and footbridges. There are also a variety of condominium and villa housing options available.

Price ranges start at approximately $800,000 for condominiums, and go up to over $7 million for the larger estate homes.
